Ring mods make the *coolest* tremolos. Not only do they sound slightly different (and better, IMO) but you have the ability to substitute your own modulator waveform.
Try using the square wave out of the Rouge (tuned very low) as the modulator signal in the Blue Ringer; or better yet, modulate the pulse width if the Rouge lets you. Fantastic fun!
