I made the following tape collage a couple of weeks ago for our friend Robbie's birthday:

Five Radical Dads concerts, layered and reshuffled into a single set-- complete with a tuning/banter break about halfway through. Best through headphones.
The CD version was an edition-of-one thing, with stamped covers. It looked like this:
